Jennifer Jensen has resigned as the program manager for the Thriving in Ministry initiative for the Church of the Brethren’s Office of Ministry. She will conclude her work on July 5.

On July 3-4, all ministers of the Church of the Brethren denomination will have an opportunity to reconnect with one another at the annual pre-Annual Conference continuing education event. Some ministers haven’t seen each other in person since before COVID.
The Latin community of Churches of the Brethren from the Atlantic Northeast District, “CLIHDANE,” got together on April 1 at Wyomissing Family Restaurant under the initiative of our district executive Pete Kontra, accompanied by Mary Etta Reinhart from the Witness and Outreach Commission, and Don Mitchell, director of the Church Development Commission.
The Part‐time Pastor, Full‐time Church program of the Church of the Brethren’s Office of Ministry has hired Laura Whitman Dy as an independent contractor, part‐time, focusing on social media and design work.
Upcoming events include a virtual session March 27, “Music as a Gateway to the Sacred,” an online book study beginning April 18, the Ministers’ Association pre-conference event July 3-4 in Cincinnati, and the Clergywomen’s Breakfast July 5.
