2025 Yearbook Reporting

This page provides resources to assist congregations and districts in submitting their annual Yearbook form. Completing this form each year is a vital way for the church to stay connected. Thank you for the time and effort put into this important work!

Please do one of the following by August 31, 2026:

Option A: Fill out the online Yearbook form. (You can start the form and then return to it later before you click to submit. You will receive a copy of your responses.)

OR

Option B: Complete the paper form which was mailed to your church and return a scanned copy via email to yearbook@brethren.org or mail to
