Virtual events focus on ‘sacred connections’ during Lent

The Part-time Pastor, Full-time Church program of the Church of the Brethren’s Office of Ministry is offering two virtual events under the umbrella, “Sacred Connections: Lenten Soul Tending for Spiritual Leaders.” They will be led by one of the program’s “circuit riders,” Erin Matteson, an ordained minister and spiritual director.

Webinar focuses on building resilience, hope after childhood trauma

“A Small World: Building Resiliency and Hope after Childhood Trauma” is the title of an upcoming webinar sponsored by the Church of the Brethren’s Discipleship Ministries and the Anabaptist Disabilities Network. The online event takes place on Tuesday, Feb. 28, at 8 p.m. (Eastern time). Participants may earn 0.1 continuing education units.

Young Adult Conference 2023 to take place at Camp Mack in May

Young Adult Conference (YAC) 2023 will welcome younger adults to Camp Alexander Mack in Milford, Ind., on May 5-7, to consider the ways God continues to shape and reshape their lives. The theme, “I’m not done with you,” uses Jeremiah 18:1-6 as a focus.

Tabitha Rudy begins assisting with the Part-time Pastor; Full-time Church program

The Office of Ministry’s Part-time Pastor; Full-time Church program has engaged Tabitha Hartman Rudy as an independent contractor to assist with administrative needs of the program.
