William Waugh is concluding his ministry as executive of the Church of the Brethren’s Southern Pennsylvania District, as of this fall. He has held the position for more than nine years, beginning Jan. 1, 2014.

Aida L. Sánchez departs Brethren Academy
Aida L. Sánchez has resigned from her position as coordinator of Spanish-Language Ministry Training Programs effective May 26. Sánchez began her work with the Brethren Academy for Ministerial Leadership, a collaboration of the Church of the Brethren’s Office of Ministry and Bethany Theological Seminary, in March 2020.

Brethren Volunteer Service Unit 333 to hold orientation in August
Plans continue to take shape for the next unit of BVS volunteers: Orientation Unit 333, which will take place Aug. 1-9 at Inspiration Hills Camp in Burbank, Ohio. We expect 15-20 volunteers to be part of this orientation.
