Marissa Witkovsky-Eldred and Virginia Rendler have accepted the positions of interim co-directors of Brethren Volunteer Service (BVS), starting Jan. 26.
Marissa Witkovsky-Eldred will provide leadership for the administration of BVS, while maintaining her current role and responsibilities as the coordinator of short-term service and FaithX for BVS. She started as interim coordinator of short-term service for BVS on Oct. 3, 2022. She will continue to work remotely from her home in Maryland.
Virginia Rendler will take leadership of development and partner relationships of BVS, while maintaining her current role and responsibilities as volunteer coordinator for BVS. She started as interim volunteer coordinator for BVS on July 17, 2023. She will continue to work remotely from her home in Indiana.
