Sarah R. Radcliff began Nov. 17 as manager of Brethren Press operations with responsibility for the functions of customer service and shipping. She will manage the inventory and Brethren Press area of the warehouse at the Church of the Brethren General Offices in Elgin, Ill.
Radcliff has more than 13 years of experience in managing projects and processes. She has worked at JPMorgan Chase as a business analyst, scheduling coordinator, quality analyst, and customer service advisor. She also has worked as a program analyst and program support for Thermo Fisher Scientific. She has studied at the University of Notre Dame and at Judson University in Elgin, Ill.
She and her family attend Highland Avenue Church of the Brethren in Elgin, where she has been serving as church office administrator.
