Camp Mardela is a year-round camp and retreat facility located in the Maryland woodlands. Volunteers help with camp counseling, facility maintenance, light administrative work, and hosting retreat groups. Volunteers live onsite and are critical to creating and maintaining the camp community. Camp Mardela is affiliated with the Church of the Brethren.

Duties and Responsibilities:
At Camp Mardela, volunteers help with camp counseling, cleaning, light office work, hosting retreat groups, and serving as kitchen and maintenance staff. Volunteers live at camp and share housing with rental groups during the fall and winter season.
Requirements:
Volunteers should be self-disciplined, responsible, willing to complete work assignments, and able to work both alone and on a team. Other requirements include the ability to care for personal needs and interest in learning new things.
