Scott Senseney on Dec. 8 concluded his work with the Church of the Brethren’s Material Resources program based at the Brethren Service Center in New Windsor, Md. He had served as forklift operator and warehouse coordinator for Material Resources. This layoff is due to the closing of the Material Resources program at the end of 2025 and the reduced supplies to process as part of the transition of the program partners to new warehouses. Senseney began his 17 years of employment with the Church of the Brethren on March 10, 2008.
