CDS only (4 meals plus lodging Friday night only) - $55 if registering by 2/8/2012 or $65 after that

Cost
- $45.00 - early registration fee includes all meals, curriculum, and one overnight
- $55.00 - late registration fee when mailed less than three weeks before
- $25.00 - retraining fee
Workshops are limited to 25 persons, so please register early.
