Advisor Preview Weekend for NYC 2026

Come check out things out for NYC 2026! Grab some CEU’s at the same time. Enjoy a colorful fall weekend in the Rockies! Our time together will be helpful as you prepare for NYC 2026 – as well as fun, relaxing, and inspiring!

  • Early bird registration – commit now and save!: February – June: $300
  • Regular Registration (includes 2 nights double occupancy lodging, 4 meals, and all sessions): $375

Schedule: Arrive by 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11. Plan to travel home on Monday, Oct. 13. Detailed schedule coming soon!

Lodging and Saturday’s learning sessions: We will be centered in the Twin Sisters Lodge. (Pricing is based on double occupancy; single occupancy is possible for an additional cost. Contact Becky for details.)

Meals: We will be eating meals at the Aspen Dining Room. Meals included in the registration fee include dinner on Friday and three meals on Saturday (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

Transportation: From Denver International Airport, catch the Estes Park Shuttle or rent a car. (It takes approximately two hours to travel from the Denver International Airport to the YMCA of the Rockies.)

Learning/Continuing Education Sessions: Rev. Charles (Chuck) Hunt, D.Min. (see bio below), will lead our sessions, which will be based on the book Faith Beyond Youth Group. The sessions will build on the work that Fuller Youth Institute (FYI) has done, all while inspiring you and providing new tools to help you in your ministry context. These tools with help you, your youth, and their families form a foundation for life-long faith in Jesus. Leave the event encouraged; there are many things you can do to affect the trajectory of your ministry and the lives of young people!

Chuck Hunt

Bio: Chuck Hunt has been ministering to adolescents, young adults, and their families for more than 30 years; he is the Sr. Director of Training for Fuller Youth Institute. Chuck is passionate about Christ’s call to restore relationships with God and with each other, thus he advocates for righteousness and justice. Through both his career and lived experience, Chuck has an ability to connect with individuals from diverse cultural, spiritual, and economic backgrounds. He lives with his wife Shannon and their young adult daughter Rhyen, in Southern California.
