The Church of the Brethren through its Global Food Crisis Fund (GFCF) has contributed an annual gift of $10,000 to the Foods Resource Bank (FRB). The contribution represents the payment of the denomination’s 2015 commitment as an implementing member of FRB.

Global Food Crisis Fund Grant Supports Agriculture Training in East Africa
An allocation of $4,300 from the Global Food Crisis Fund (GFCF) has been given to support the attendance of six people at an agriculture training event in Kenya. The training is being provided by Care of Creation, Kenya (CCK), a former GFCF grant recipient.

Global Food Crisis Fund Supports Africa Development Symposium, Clean Water in Cuba
A grant of $2,500 from the Church of the Brethren Global Food Crisis Fund (GFCF) is supporting the participation by Brethren and those with Brethren connections at a development symposium in East Africa. Global Food Crisis Fund Provides Grant to Bittersweet Ministries, Gives Grant to Extend Going to Garden

Church of the Brethren Sends Representative, Helps Support Bread for the World Anniversary Gathering
