Crest Manor Church of the Brethren and Dismas House of South Bend, Ind., have entered into a “Shalom Partnership” to offer mutual friendship, support, and community for residents of Dismas House seeking to find their way back into society following incarceration.

Intercultural Ministries schedules first ‘frontliners’ training, announces new online book club
Founa A. Badet, director of Intercultural Ministries for the Church of the Brethren, has scheduled the first “Intercultural Ministries Frontliners Training” for those interested in becoming personally involved and active in the work. Also newly announced is an online book club to study Churches, Cultures, and Leadership by Mark Lau Branson and Juan F. Martinez.
