An invitation to join us in celebrating our 150th birthday with an Open House Weekend, March 29 and 30, at Holmesville Church of the Brethren, 30748 S 66 Rd., Holmesville, NE 68310.
Saturday, March 29, the church will be open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please make yourself at home with pie, coffee, and finger food throughout the day. Pictures of past events, people, and activities will be displayed to help prompt memories. If you have a memory you would like to share, you may send it to the church email by March 15, so it can be added to the anniversary book: holmesvillebrethrenchurch@gmail.com.
Sunday, March 30, the church will be open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Worship begins at 9:30 with coffee and fellowship following. The noon meal will be catered. Please RSPV for this meal by emailing: holmesvillebrethrenchurch@gmail.com.
A tour of church-related sites in Gage County will be available both days upon request. Contact Laureen via the church email.
Please help us plan by letting us know when you may be coming – but just “showing up” is fine as well. If you cannot come this weekend, the picture displays will remain up during April.
