The ICM Café Cohort offers monthly opportunities to participate in intercultural skills that we all can learn and share with our churches to be competent culturally, together. The first 15 people who are registered will contribute to building the schedule for the next six months, as we prepare to meet up face to face at the 2025 Annual Conference next July in Greensboro, N.C.

The Six Intercultural Skills we will attempt to work on: empathy, communication skills, openness, conflict management, solution orientation, and tolerance of differences. We will use Zoom video conferencing, or our cell phones, to be in 90-minute skill building online events with our colleagues. Join us using this link to register.
