From the Discipleship and Leadership Formation office
Early registration for the L.E.A.D. Conference is open through Oct. 1. The registration rate will go up to $125 per person after that date. However, for those registering five or more leaders from one congregation, the price remains at $79 per person.
L.E.A.D. is an acronym for Listen, Equip, Adapt, and Disciple. The conference is planned for Nov. 15-17, sponsored by the Church of the Brethren’s Discipleship and Leadership Formation department and hosted at Ephrata (Pa.) Church of the Brethren.

This new leadership conference is designed to help pastors, church board members, moderators, and deacons grow together in leadership. Our theme for this year comes from 2 Timothy 2:2 where Paul tells Timothy to pass on what he has learned “to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.” From Paul to Timothy, to the people Timothy teaches, to the ones they instruct–we see four “generations” of Jesus followers.

We look forward to seeing you!”
