Rachel Johnson, who has completed her term as National Youth Conference coordinator through Brethren Volunteer Service, on Aug. 24 will begin a new one-year, part-time role as assistant for Church of the Brethren Youth and Young Adult Ministries. She will be working from her home in Pennsylvania.
Johnson will support the programing and administration of Youth and Young Adult Ministries, building online registration forms and providing social media content creation for 2027 events including the Christian Citizenship Seminar, National Junior High Conference, and Young Adult Conference. She also will provide denominational support to regional youth conferences of the Church of the Brethren, collaborating with groups responsible for planning the events and offering administrative support and planning consultation.
