Updated Yearbook forms are due from congregations May 15

Church of the Brethren Yearbook forms have been updated this year. For congregations, the three previous forms have been replaced with one form. Congregations have the option to complete this form online via webform, or via a paper form which can be mailed or scanned and emailed to the Yearbook office.

The congregational Yearbook form is due on May 15. The paper form will be mailed to all congregations. The online form is available on the Yearbook website at www.brethren.org/yearbook.

Information about district forms will be shared directly with district offices.
