Stan Dueck begins Oct. 1 as director of Discipleship Ministries for the Church of the Brethren’s Atlantic Northeast District. He is an ordained minister in the Church of the Brethren who most recently worked on the denominational staff in the Discipleship and Leadership Formation department.
He retired as director of Formation Leadership for the Church of the Brethren at the end of July. In other roles in the denomination, he has been a consultant and coach for congregations, taught courses for Bethany Theological Seminary and the Brethren Academy for Ministerial Leadership as well as the Susquehanna Valley Ministry Center, has been a lead organizer for the New and Renew conferences, and was staff for the former Congregational Life Team. He has his own leadership and personal coach consulting business.
