A Children’s Disaster Services (CDS) team of four volunteers (three from Iowa and one from Missouri) will provide disaster child care in Multi-Agency Resource Centers (MARCs) in areas of Missouri hit by tornadoes last week. The team will spend two days each in MARCs in Rolla, Poplar Bluff, and Piedmont, from March 25-30.
Plans are underway for another CDS team, consisting of Missouri volunteers, to serve for two days in a MARC in St. Louis beginning Monday.

“We are thankful for CDS volunteers who say, ‘Here am I, send me!’” said Brethren Disaster Ministries staff. “Please continue to keep our volunteers, and the children and families that they serve, in your prayers.”
