Enjoy a stroll in the beautiful Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park, a 158-acre botanical garden, art museum, and outdoor sculpture park. The charter bus will leave the convention center at 8:45 a.m. and arrive back around 11:45 a.m. The bus trip takes only about 10 minutes, giving you plenty of time to explore the property. Your purchase includes the bus trip and gardens entrance fee. Tickets are limited and will be available for purchase at conference only if they do not sell out in advance. For Non-Delegates only.

Grand Rapids Public Museum

The Grand Rapids Public Museum offers world-class exhibits on history, nature, cultural heritage and more. Catch a show in the planetarium or eat in the cafe overlooking the Grand River. The museum is across the river from the Amway Grand Hotel. Closed July 4.

The Grand Rapids Art Museum is internationally known for its distinguished design and LEED ® Gold certified status. Established in 1910, it has grown to include more than 5,000 works of art, including paintings and sculpture, and more than 3,000 works on paper. Other programs include gallery tours, workshops, artist lectures, music events and more. One block from the DeVos Convention Center.

Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum

Permanent exhibits allow visitors to actually participate in history while reviewing the lives of President and Mrs. Ford. A succession of feature exhibits draws upon the holdings of the entire Presidential Libraries System, Smithsonian Institution, National Archives, and others. Visitors can also see President Ford’s and Betty Ford’s burial site. The museum is across the river from the DeVos Convention Center. Show your AC nametag when purchasing your ticket for a discount.
