Materials
The Full Conference Booklet is included with Delegate registration. You will be able to choose between a printed booklet mailed or an emailed PDF. You will also have the opportunity to order a Wrap-up DVD.
Delegate Travel Scholarship
Congregations that are 1,200 miles or more from the Annual Conference venue will receive a $150 travel scholarship per delegate. Checks will be sent to eligible congregations automatically after Annual Conference. The basic map below shows the radius; scholarships are available outside of the circle.
Delegate Registration Information
Congregations may send delegates to Annual Conference to represent them for the business items at Annual Conference. Serving as a pastor does not automatically make someone a delegate. The number of delegates per congregation is based on the membership as reported in the 2026 membership as reported by the Church of the Brethren Mission Advancement office. The number allowed is as follows:

| 401-600 Members | 3 delegates |
| 601-800 Members | 4 delegates |
Congregations will register their delegate(s) online. Online registration includes an option for payment to be made by credit card or by sending a check.
Hotel Reservations: After registering you will see a thank you page that contains a link to the Conference Hotel Reservation page. You will also receive a confirmation email that will contain the same link. This is your only access to the reduced rates at the conference hotel—don’t lose this link!
