Registration for Non-Delegate Virtual Attendance at Annual Conference 2026
Thanks to generous contributions from the Living Stream Church of the Brethren and the Pacific Northwest District, we are able to offer the virtual option at no charge for 2026. This gives non-delegates the opportunity to engage in business, participate in a number of equipping sessions, and enjoy the Wednesday evening concert featuring Brethren musicians—all virtually. All virtual participants must still register between by June 23 (a small software fee is assessed). Go to www.brethren.org/ac2026/registration and select Virtual Non-Delegate Registration.
Virtual attendees are encouraged to make a donation to Annual Conference as an expression of appreciation. Go to https://donorbox.org/annual-conference-cob and select AC Webcasting.
Online Hospitality Room for Annual Conference
Interested in connecting more with Annual Conference this year? Drop by the Online Hospitality Room! This Zoom meeting will be a place to relax, chat, ask questions, and meet others engaged around Annual Conference—hosted by the Pacific Northwest District and the Living Stream Church of the Brethren.
The Online Hospitality Room will be staffed during times outside of business and worship sessions (core times will be Sunday evening, and 11:30am-2:00pm, 4:30pm-7:00pm, and 9:30pm-10:30pm Eastern Time Monday-Wednesday). During other times, volunteers will be watching to welcome people to Conference online.
Of special interest, each evening during the 9:30pm-10:30pm Eastern Time slot, we’ll host a roundtable discussion about the highlights of the day’s events at Conference, plus looking ahead to the following day.
Bonus: Living Stream COB will connect to the Online Hospitality Room at their exhibit booth in Fort Wayne, so people in-person at Conference can interact with those at a distance! Those on-site are welcome to arrange a time to say hello to family or friends or church members back home… just agree on a mutual time to connect in the online hospitality room! Connect Your Congregation to Annual Conference: Worship Services, Business and the Brethren Musicians Concert!
Most years, we form one large worshiping congregation on Annual Conference Sunday, as many congregations and individuals tune into the webcast on Sunday morning. This year, the days of Conference are different, and so there is not a Sunday morning worship service.
Yet we invite you and your congregation to join the streaming worship anyway! Consider using one of the five worship services for your worship the Sunday following Conference. The recordings will be available on the webcast site for as long as you’d like to access them!
Those who register as virtual non-delegates will also be able to livestream the business and concert.
