Convention Center Parking

If you are driving into Fort Wayne, you’ll find ample parking downtown attached to hotels, plus parking garages, and surface lots at very reasonable prices. Take a look at the downtown parking map here to plan ahead.

Downtown Hotel Parking

Any overnight hotel guest of Hilton that parks in the Civic Center Parking Garage (1021 Calhoun St) should bring the ticket they receive from the parking garage to check-in. The Front Desk will charge the parking rate of $8 per day per vehicle to the guestroom for the duration of the stay and put a sticker on the back of the ticket. Guests will use that same ticket throughout their stay for unlimited in and out access to the garage.

Any overnight hotel guest of the Courtyard or Hampton Inn should park in the Harrison Parking Garage (1210 S Harrison St). Guests will need to take a ticket at the gate upon entry and then bring that ticket to the front desk to receive the discounted $8 daily rate with in-and-out privileges. Guests will need to keep the validated ticket with them for the duration of their stay to maintain these privileges.

Any overnight hotel guest of the Bradley should park in the Star Bank Parking garage located across Main Street from the hotel. Guests will need to take a ticket at the gate upon entry and then bring that ticket to the front desk to receive the discounted $12 daily rate with in-and-out privileges. Guests will need to keep the validated ticket with them for the duration of their stay to maintain these privileges.

Spark, Tru, and Fairfield Parking and Shuttle

Parking at Tru by Hilton, Spark by Hilton, and Marriott’s Fairfield Inn is free.

Complimentary parking at the convention center

Visit Fort Wayne will provide complimentary parking validation for attendees staying at the Tru, Spark, and the Fairfield Inn on Lima Rd. Upon check-in at your hotel, you will receive parking validation stickers for use during the conference. Each day, when traveling downtown for conference activities, please park in the Civic Center Parking Garage (1021 S. Calhoun St.) and take a parking ticket upon entry. Please keep your parking ticket in a safe place, as it will be needed when exiting the garage. Before leaving the garage, place one validation sticker on the back of your parking ticket. At the exit gate, first scan the front side of the ticket and then scan the validation sticker on the back. The validation sticker will cover your parking fee for that day. Please note that parking validation is valid for one exit only and does not include in-and-out privileges. Should you leave the Civic Center Parking Garage and return later in the day, any additional parking fees incurred ($1 per hour) will be the responsibility of the attendee.

Complimentary shuttle

The Annual Conference office is working on a shuttle schedule that will be based on feedback from the guests staying at the Tru, Spark, and Fairfield Inn hotels. Watch your email for a link to a brief survey to assess the guests’ transportation needs. The shuttle will likely be limited to one round trip per day from the hotel to the convention center and back. More information will be shared soon.
