Fort Wayne International Airport
Recognized as “the nation’s friendliest airport” by USA Today, Fort Wayne International Airport (FWA) offers daily non-stop flights on American, Allegiant, Delta, and United. Just a 15-minute drive to the Grand Wayne Convention Center, rideshare is available to book, and the Hilton Downtown Hotel offers free shuttle service to their guests.
Convention Center Parking
If you are driving into Fort Wayne, you’ll find ample parking downtown attached to hotels, plus parking garages, and surface lots at very reasonable prices. Take a look at the downtown parking map here to plan ahead.
Downtown Hotel Parking
Any overnight hotel guest of Hilton that parks in the Civic Center Parking Garage (1021 Calhoun St) should bring the ticket they receive from the parking garage to check-in. The Front Desk will charge the parking rate of $8 per day per vehicle to the guestroom for the duration of the stay and put a sticker on the back of the ticket. Guests will use that same ticket throughout their stay for unlimited in and out access to the garage.
Any overnight hotel guest of the Courtyard or Hampton Inn should park in the Harrison Parking Garage (1210 S Harrison St). Guests will need to take a ticket at the gate upon entry and then bring that ticket to the front desk to receive the discounted $8 daily rate with in-and-out privileges. Guests will need to keep the validated ticket with them for the duration of their stay to maintain these privileges.
Scooter Rentals
A limited number of scooters are available for free to people with mobility impairments. The cost of the scooters will be covered by Eder Financial. Please indicate your need for a mobility scooter on your 2026 Annual Conference registration. If you have already registered and didn’t add the mobility scooter request, please contact Debbie at dnoffsinger@brethren.org.
