Registration for Non-Delegate Virtual Attendance at Annual Conference 2026

Thanks to generous contributions from the Living Stream Church of the Brethren and the Pacific Northwest District, we are able to offer the virtual option at no charge for 2026. This gives non-delegates the opportunity to engage in business, participate in a number of equipping sessions, and enjoy the Wednesday evening concert featuring Brethren musicians—all virtually. All virtual participants must still register between by June 23 (a small software fee is assessed). Go to www.brethren.org/ac2026/registration and select Virtual Non-Delegate Registration.

Virtual attendees are encouraged to make a donation to Annual Conference as an expression of appreciation. Go to https://donorbox.org/annual-conference-cob and select AC Webcasting.

Virtual Hospitality Booth at Annual Conference 2026

Just as the geographically-local Church of the Brethren district typically hosts a hospitality booth in the exhibit hall at Annual Conference—a place to relax, chat, ask questions, and meet others—the Pacific Northwest District and the Living Stream Church of the Brethren, who are hosting virtual participation at Annual Conference this year, will make available a virtual Zoom room where anyone may drop in, chat with whomever is there, ask questions, and be welcomed virtually to Annual Conference.

The Virtual Hospitality Booth will be staffed primarily by virtual Conference participants from PNWD and Living Stream COB during the times outside of business and worship sessions (so core times would be 11:30am-2:00pm, 4:30pm-7:00pm, and 9:30pm-10:30pm Eastern Time Monday-Wednesday). Even outside of those times, however, volunteers will be watching to welcome people to Conference virtually.

Drawing upon PNWD’s practice of having a Zoom meeting some evening to share what is happening at Annual Conference, each evening M-W at the 9:30pm-10:30pm Eastern Time slot, for anyone who would like to attend (including those who might be in-person in Fort Wayne as well as those from a distance), if there is interest we will be guide the Virtual Hospitality Booth conversation into a roundtable discussion, facilitating sharing about the highlights of that day’s events at Conference, as well as what looking ahead to what will be coming up the following day.

Furthermore, at their booth in the exhibit hall at Conference, Living Stream COB will be setting up a computer with large screen and camera, so people in-person at Conference might talk to those joining from a distance, bridging the gap between the two groups somewhat. Indeed, those attending conference in person are welcome to arrange a time to say hello to friends and church members back home–just agree on a mutual time to connect in the virtual hospitality room!
