VIRTUAL Non-Delegate Registration

This registration option is ONLY for non-delegates who are NOT planning to travel to Fort Wayne for Annual Conference but would like to participate in more than just worship, which will be livestreamed for all free of charge.

Advanced registration for VIRTUAL Non-Delegates will be open from March 4 – June 23, 2026.

Registration Fee: FREE!*

*Registration is still required to participate virtually.

Thanks to generous contributions from the Living Stream Church of the Brethren and the Pacific Northwest District we are able to offer the virtual option at no charge for 2026. Worship will still be streamed free of charge; however, those who want to participate virtually in other aspects of Annual Conference must still register even though there is no charge.

Virtual attendees are encouraged to make a donation to the ministry of Annual Conference as an expression of appreciation. 

Based on a three-year average of expenses and the number of registrants for the virtual option, the cost is approximately $330 per virtual registrant. This just includes the costs directly associated with streaming; it does not include any costs related to the full ministry of Annual Conference (programming, meeting space rental, audio-visual services, staffing, etc.). 

All donations earmarked to support the virtual option in 2026 will be placed in a designated fund to underwrite expenses related to the virtual option in 2027.

Virtual participants will also have an opportunity to support the full ministry of Annual Conference through two offerings during the 2026 Conference.
