Wouldn’t it have been amazing to see the moment of creation?\u202f Let there be light and then woosh – incredible.\u202f\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Did you know that there is a way to sort of see it? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Scientists have discovered cosmic background radiation in infrared wavelengths.\u202f (Infrared is JUST outside our normal spectrum of sight) – but these light particles are there.\u202f Light that was emitted right after creation – right after Let there be light!\u202f It\u2019s ancient starlight that has existed since light first burst forth in the beginning and throughout the whole history of the universe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
And we know this because someone bothered to look for it.\u202f Someone sought it out and noticed it, studied it, logged it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
You are in one of the most incredible places in all of creation….so much to be noticed, studied, logged.\u202f You have a chance to observe this week. To pay attention to ALL that God has created and called good.\u202f Don’t miss any of it:\u202f Certainly not the mountains, or any of the incredible nature surrounding us.\u202f But also notice the light – the holy within one another – within you.\u202f Each of you.\u202f Take it ALL in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In fact as you head to small groups, take a picture on your phone of something amazing you see on your way – as glorious as a mountain or humble as grasshopper or as close as your neighbor.\u202f Maybe share it with your small group….so that the variety of things we see, might just help us begin to build community together… <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
