Pillows & Protocols

Pillows

The floor of Moby Arena, where we worship, is HARD. There is a solution: a pillow! There’s nothing better than a homemade pillow. It’s been a longstanding NYC tradition for participants to create and bring their own pillows for worship! During worship there are no chairs on the main floor to accommodate for more people.

Plan a pillow making party! Grab the materials, your youth group, some snacks, and you’re set! Be sure to take pictures at your pillow making parties and share them with the NYC Office!

COVID Protocols

When you sign your covenant, you are agreeing to wear a mask any time you are indoors at NYC, unless you are eating/drinking, taking a shower, or in your own dorm room.

Stay tuned for updated protocols as NYC nears! The NYC staff will outline the exact protocols immediately prior to the event. (By signing your covenant, you acknowledge that appropriate protocols for COVID cannot be defined until closer to July 2022.)

Moby Security

CSU’s security requirements for Moby Arena have changed since the last NYC. This year, we will have to follow different procedures when entering the building. While this may sound inconvenient, please keep in mind that it is for the best safety of all NYC participants.

Thankfully, Bethany Theological Seminary has agreed to provide clear bags for all NYC participants, so you won’t need to worry about bringing one! Please plan to use the tumbler that Bethany and the Brethren Colleges will provide while in the arena.
