The 2015 Youth Peace Travel Team has been announced. The team is cooperatively sponsored by the Outdoor Ministries Association, On Earth Peace, Bethany Theological Seminary, and the Church of the Brethren\u2019s\u00a0Office of Public Witness\u00a0and Youth and Young Adult Ministry Office.<\/p>\n

The four team members for 2015 are:
\n— Annika Harley<\/strong> of Madison (Wis.) Mennonite Church
\n— Michael Himlie<\/strong> of Root River Church of the Brethren in Northern Plains District
\n— Brianna Wenger<\/strong> of Woodbridge Church of the Brethren in Mid-Atlantic District
\n— Kerrick van Asselt<\/strong> of McPherson Church of the Brethren in Western Plains District.<\/p>\n

As the team spends time with youth this summer at camps across the denomination, they will teach about peace, justice, and reconciliation–all core values throughout the Church of the Brethren\u2019s 300-plus year history.<\/p>\n
