The webinar explores the role of leadership in building and leading effective teams. The presentation will include consideration of principles and practicalities of an empowering leadership style, and how vulnerability as a team leader can have a positive impact.<\/p>\n
Beckett is a speaker, writer, and trainer in the areas of missional community action and leadership development, with a background as CEO of two national not-for-profit organizations, and experience chairing various national boards and government advisory groups in the United Kingdom. She also is involved locally as a community activist and is a committed inner-city dweller who has helped pioneer an emerging church.<\/p>\n
