I pondered those words for my design concept.<\/p>\n<p>To me, words are like paintings that lend themselves to a person\u2019s own personal interpretation. Words are like paintings that are in the process of completion. The painting begins to have meaning when the minds\u2019 eye takes the spoken word, adds a splash of color, and the light that shines within is revealed to those who truly see and listen.<\/p>\n<p>The words that were a part of my thought process for the design were \u201ctogether,\u201d \u201cinclusion,\u201d \u201cprayer,\u201d and \u201ctelling.\u201d From these words I formed the 2007 Annual Conference logo.<\/p>\n<p>The 2007 logo embraces a world where boundaries are disappearing (inclusion). The Holy Spirit is alive within the descending dove and the vibrant flame that brings the gift of faith in Jesus (cross) to everyone everywhere (green leaf). The Holy Spirit (flame) is continually cleansing and sanctifying, while letting us know that He is always with us and ever will be, because life in Him is eternal.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8211;Becky Goldstein of Boise, Idaho, designed the logo for the 2007 Annual Conference of the Church of the Brethren.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>EL LOGO DE LA CONFERENCIA ANUAL PROCLAMA EL PODER DE DIOS<\/h1>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Por Becky Goldstein<\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Al estar leyendo el tema de la Conferencia Anual de 2007, \u201cProclamando el Poder de Dios\u201d (Salmo 68:34-35), encontr\u00e9 unas palabras que sobresalieron en mi mente. Y consider\u00e9 esas palabras para el concepto del dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Para m\u00ed, las palabras son como pinturas que nos ayudan a hacer nuestra propia interpretaci\u00f3n. Las palabras son como pinturas en proceso de ser completadas. La pintura empieza a tener significado cuando el ojo de la mente se convierte en palabra hablada, le agrega un poco de color, y la luz que existe en la mente es revelada para aquellos que realmente ven y escuchan.<\/p>\n<p>Las palabras que fueron parte de mi proceso mental para este dise\u00f1o fueron \u201cjuntos,\u201d \u201cinclusi\u00f3n,\u201d \u201coraci\u00f3n,\u201d y \u201cdiciendo.\u201d Con estas palabras dise\u00f1\u00e9 el logo de la Conferencia Anual de 2007.<\/p>\n<p>El logo para 2007 incluye un mundo donde las fronteras est\u00e1n desapareciendo (inclusi\u00f3n). El Esp\u00edritu Santo est\u00e1 vivo en la paloma que est\u00e1 descendiendo y la llama brillante que trae el regalo de la fe en Jes\u00fas (la cruz) a todos y en todas partes (la hoja verde).
