Walter Brueggemann, well-known and sought after speaker, author, and biblical scholar, is the keynote speaker for the 2012 Ministers\u2019 Association Pre-Conference Continuing Education Event.<\/p>\n
The event takes place July 6-7 at the America\u2019s Center Room 120, St. Louis, Mo., in advance of Annual Conference. The event begins Friday night at 6 p.m. and concludes Saturday afternoon at 3:35 p.m. Registration will be available beginning at 4 p.m. Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n
The schedule includes: <\/strong><\/p>\n –Session 1 (Friday night, 6 p.m.) \u201cFood Fight 1–The Narrative of Greed\u201d<\/p>\n –Session 2 (Saturday morning, 9 a.m.) \u201cFood Fight 2–The Narrative of Gratitude\u201d<\/p>\n –Session 3 (Saturday afternoon, 1 p.m.) \u201cThe Psalms–Script for a Counter-Culture.\u201d<\/p>\n The organizers anticipate a large gathering so register soon to reserve a place at this exciting event.
