He has been serving as director of Church Development for the district since August 2006.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOver the years, Don has served the Atlantic Northeast District faithfully and contributed tremendously to the life of the church,\u201d said an announcement from district executive minister Pete Kontra. \u201cBrother Don will continue serving the District, now focused on our ethnic congregations and leadership as newly created director of Intercultural Ministries. Out of the strong relationships Don has built with our diverse brothers and sisters he will continue to bring his leadership and vision for fostering and strengthening our ministries together.
