He has made significant contributions to the CDS program, specifically his work connecting with volunteers and diligently maintaining accurate volunteer and program information. His consistently positive attitude and willingness to pitch in were deeply valued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Previously he had retired from Carroll County (Md.) Public Schools as a school counselor and behavior intervention specialist. He is a member of Westminster (Md.)
