Haranzo began Sept. 21 as half-time associate district executive minister for the Church of the Brethren\u2019s Virlina District. She has been interim director of District Conference, Nurture and Witness for the district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following service as children\u2019s director at the Daleville and Troutville congregations, she served in pastoral leadership at Vinton Church of the Brethren for the last 13 years, concluding on May 31. Additional service on the district level has included the Children\u2019s Cabinet and the District Conference Program and Arrangements Committee.
