He is an ordained minister in the Church of the Brethren who most recently worked on the denominational staff in the Discipleship and Leadership Formation department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He retired as director of Formation Leadership for the Church of the Brethren at the end of July. In other roles in the denomination, he has been a consultant and coach for congregations, taught courses for Bethany Theological Seminary and the Brethren Academy for Ministerial Leadership as well as the Susquehanna Valley Ministry Center, has been a lead organizer for the New and Renew conferences, and was staff for the former Congregational Life Team.
