The Camp Mack Centennial Celebration<\/strong> is planned for Sunday, Aug. 10, at the camp near Milford, Ind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On July 4, 1925, over 100 members of the Church of the Brethren went to a quiet spot on Waubee Lake. In this former cornfield stood a small cabin and an empty foundation. On that day, they dedicated that space to be Camp Alexander Mack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 1925, Camp Mack has provided a sanctuary where all people are welcome to connect with God, experience creation, and build Christian community. In those 100 years, thousands of people have visited Camp Mack for camps, retreats, weddings, conferences, and more. No matter how many years you have known Camp Mack, you are invited to celebrate Camp Mack\u2019s Century of Sanctuary<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime celebration! The day will begin mid-afternoon with walking tours and group reunions. For dinner, camp staff will serve a classic canoe meal. In the evening, all corners of the Camp Mack community will be invited to a service of celebration, remembrance, and rededication of Camp Mack. The day concludes with a community campfire with popcorn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
