The national initiative aims to support faith-based organizations as they help children grow in faith and deepen their relationships with God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, ADN is launching an exciting new opportunity for Anabaptist congregations through a five-year project: \u201cAll In: Immersive Worship for Everybody.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This collaborative project invites congregations to join us on a journey of creating accessible, intergenerational worship through a five-year collaborative project. \u201cAll In\u201d will emphasize the importance of congregational worship in children\u2019s faith formation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Church leaders will have the opportunity for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In-person and virtual training and coaching from experts on childhood development, faith formation, intergenerational worship, disability inclusion, and facilitating congregational change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-person retreats, virtual group coaching sessions, an online forum, and a chance to build relationships with other congregational leaders.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>$2,000 annually for supplies and to expand your ministries.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Site visits, individualized support, consultation, and resources for the duration of the project and beyond.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intergenerational worship that reflects the full diversity of the Body of Christ, inclusive of all ages, abilities, and experiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"474\" src=\"https:\/\/www.brethren.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/07\/ADN-AllInLogo-600px.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25660\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.brethren.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/07\/ADN-AllInLogo-600px.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.brethren.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/07\/ADN-AllInLogo-600px-300x237.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.brethren.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/07\/ADN-AllInLogo-600px-560x442.jpg 560w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>&#8220;All In&#8221; project logo courtesy of ADN<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#c6d6e3\">The new \u201cAll In\u201d project was announced just in time for the <strong>35th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)<\/strong>, which was signed into law on July 26, 1990.
