Dennis Beckner, pastor of Columbia City (Ind.) Church of the Brethren in Northern Indiana District, has been elected to the position of moderator-elect of Annual Conference. He will serve as moderator in 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The delegate body of Annual Conference held this year\u2019s election on Thursday afternoon, July 3. In addition to the position of moderator-elect, they elected the following (listed here by position):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Program and Arrangements Committee of Annual Conference:<\/em> Amber T. Harris<\/strong> of Peace Covenant Church of the Brethren in Durham, N.C., in Virlina District<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mission and Ministry Board, Area 1<\/em>: Eric Ramirez<\/strong> of Ebenezer Church of the Brethren in Lancaster, Pa., in Atlantic Northeast District; Area 4:<\/em> Sarah Mason<\/strong> of Monitor Church of the Brethren in McPherson, Kan., in Western Plains District<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pastoral Compensation and Benefits Advisory Committee:<\/em> Harry Biddle<\/strong> of Oakton Church of the Brethren in Vienna, Va., in Mid-Atlantic District<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Review and Evaluation Committee:<\/em> Ilexene Alphonse<\/strong> of Miami (Fla.)
