Readers will, as a result, consider the celebration of Palm Sunday on the first Sunday of Lent, for example. The devotional continues past Easter through Friday, April 25, with a closing week of daily devotions focused on the resurrection of Jesus and the following days in the biblical account. This devotional also considers some of Jesus’ more difficult parables and why they angered the religious establishment of the time.

Find out more and purchase at www.brethrenpress.com/product_p/lentendev.htm

Covenant Bible Studies

These accessible Bible studies are intended for people who are committed to living authentic Christian lives, gathering in small groups to reflect, pray, and learn together.

Each 10-session study encourages participants to grow in knowledge and understanding as they challenge one another to live out the practical aspects of Christian faith.

God’s Earth Our Home by David Radcliff helps participants consider how the choices we are making today will have ramifications for centuries to come. “Looking back on us, will future generations see us as complicit in the denigration of our earth or as champions of a different and better way?” said a description. “In this study, we consider how the Bible calls us to be in relationship with God’s creation.
