He has served as director of Marketing and Sales for the Church of the Brethren publishing house for 18 years, since Nov. 2006.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lennard\u2019s work has included overseeing the publishing house\u2019s e-commerce site and the bookstores at Church of the Brethren conferences; supervising customer service, shipping, and inventory management; marketing products on multiple platforms; and playing a key role in the development of new resources. As part of his work, he also is marketing coordinator for the Shine curriculum project, a joint endeavor of Brethren Press and MennoMedia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ministry of growing faith within congregations and individuals is particularly meaningful to him.
