He has served in the position for almost 12 years, since Aug. 1, 2012. During these years, he has given leadership to district ministries during a season of significant change while faithfully guiding district staff and leaders in their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to previous roles on the district level, Jantzi has been active in the wider church as a member of the Annual Conference-appointed Vitality and Viability Committee in 2016 to 2017, and as a member of the Compelling Vision Team whose work was affirmed by the 2021 Annual Conference. As a member of the Council of District Executives, he served on the Ministry Issues Committee, the Ministry Advisory Council, and as representative to the Outdoor Ministries Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, he served pastorates in Shenandoah District and was active in a wide variety of district leadership positions.
