She replaces Kay Gaier, who served in the position from Jan. 15, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Willoughby will fulfill this one-sixth-time role focusing on visits with congregations and pastors, support for committees including the Brethren Leadership Institute, and guiding the credentialing needs of the district.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-background has-small-font-size\" style=\"background-color:#e3eaed\"><em><strong>Please pray&#8230; <\/strong>For the ministry of these leaders of South Central Indiana District.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>She has been an ordained minister in the Church of the Brethren since 1988, serving previously as part-time pastor of the Marilla and Lakeview congregations in Michigan. She also filled the role of half-time district executive minister of Michigan District in 2002-2009.
