A new feature this year is a Compensation Calculator created in cooperation with Eder Financial and hosted on their webpage (<a href=\"https:\/\/pccalc.azurewebsites.net\">https:\/\/pccalc.azurewebsites.net<\/a>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some documents included in the packet and available at the new Office of Ministry webpage are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brethren.org\/ministryoffice\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2022\/08\/2023-Integrated-Annual-Ministry-Agreement_Fillable-PDF.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>2023 Integrated Annual Ministry Agreement<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;(IAMA) (fillable)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brethren.org\/ministryoffice\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2022\/08\/2023-Cash-Salary-Guidelines-Table.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Minimum Cash Salary Table and Guidelines<\/strong><\/a><br>&nbsp;<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/pccalc.azurewebsites.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Compensation Calculator<\/strong><\/a><br>&nbsp;<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brethren.org\/ministryoffice\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2022\/08\/2023-Annual-Shared-Ministry-Priorities-Agreement.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Shared Ministry Priorities Agreement<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;(fillable)<br>&nbsp;<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brethren.org\/ministryoffice\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2022\/08\/2023-Guidelines-for-Pastors-Salary-and-Benefits.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Guidelines for Pastors\u2019 Salaries and Benefits<\/strong><\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The previous annual start-up and renewal agreements for pastors and congregations have been replaced by the Integrated Annual Ministry Agreement (IAMA), which is available on the new compensation page as a fillable and downloadable document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212; <em>Nancy Sollenberger Heishman is director of the Office of Ministry.
