The fall 2019 unit of Brethren Volunteer Service (BVS) has completed orientation and its 13 volunteers have begun their work at project sites across the United States, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. Members of BVS Unit 324, their home congregations or hometowns, and their projects sites follow:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emily Bowdle<\/strong> of Denton (Md.) Church of the Brethren is serving with Camp Myrtlewood in Myrtle Point, Ore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jana Christ<\/strong> of Bottrop, Germany, is serving with Gould Farm in Monterey, Mass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antonia \u201cToni\u201d Egner<\/strong> of Frankfurt, Germany, is serving with Sisters of the Road in Portland, Ore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Catharina \u201cCathi\u201d Iwan<\/strong> of Kelkheim, Germany, and Maja von Werder<\/strong> of Ahrensburg, Germany, are serving with Abode in Fremont, Calif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Colin Keiper<\/strong> of Indian Creek Church of the Brethren in Harleysville, Pa., is serving with IncredABLE in Richhill, Northern Ireland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nolan McBride<\/strong> of Union Center Church of the Brethren in Nappanee, Ind., is serving with the Church of the Brethren\u2019s Youth and Young Adult Ministry in Elgin, Ill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kara Miller<\/strong> of Lititz (Pa.) Church of the Brethren, and Liana Smith<\/strong> of Palmyra (Pa.) Church of the Brethren are serving with the Church of the Brethren\u2019s Workcamp Ministry in Elgin, Ill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anjelica \u201cJeli\u201d Mora<\/strong> of Elizabethtown (Pa.) Church of the Brethren is serving with Alderson (W.Va.) Hospitality House.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hannah Nyce<\/strong> of Annville (Pa.) Church of the Brethren is serving with L\u2019Arche Kilkenny Community in Callan, County Kilkenny, Republic of Ireland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amanda Orndorff<\/strong> of Sugar Grove Church of the Brethren in Wardensville, W.Va., is serving at Quaker Cottage in Belfast, Northern Ireland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jasmin Sprengel<\/strong> of Hamburg, Germany, is serving with Human Solutions in Portland, Ore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
