As a former mission co-coordinator for the Church of the Brethren in the Dominican Republic, she also served as director of theological education for Iglesia de los Hermanos en la Republica Dominicana. She holds a master of divinity degree from Bethany Theological Seminary and will continue to co-pastor West Charleston Church of the Brethren in Tipp City, Ohio, with her husband, Irv Heishman.<\/p>\n<p>The Brethren Academy for Ministerial Leadership is a ministry training partnership of the Church of the Brethren and Bethany Theological Seminary.
