From the Mission Advancement staff of the Church of the Brethren
“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace” (Peter 4:10, ESV).
The Mission Advancement Office wants to share a special thanks to all who responded to the call for our Matching Gift Campaign and exercised good stewardship of passion and treasure to support the work we do together.
In addition to $100,000 of lead gifts for this campaign, congregations and individuals generously shared 239 gifts in support of Core Ministries totaling $102,242, surpassing our goal of $100,000.
These gifts provide stability for the year ahead to continue our mission and ministry of growing courageous disciples, loving and serving one another, extending generosity and witness, and stewarding God’s blessings.
Thank you again to all who supported this initiative! TOGETHER we are joining Jesus in the neighborhood.
