Dates, location, registration fees, and more information is shared for Annual Conference 2023

The Annual Conference Program and Arrangements Committee for next year’s annual meeting of the Church of the Brethren has announced dates, location, registration fees, hotel sites, and more information for the 2023 Conference.

Annual Conference will be held next year on Tuesday, July 4, through Saturday, July 8, at the Duke Energy Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. The committee notes that this is a different daily schedule than in recent years.

The registration fee for delegates will be $320 for advance registration, or $395 for onsite registration. Registration for nondelegates attending the full Conference will cost $140 for advance registration, or $175 onsite. Daily registration fees will be available, as well as discounted registration for young adults post-high school to age 21. Registration is free for children and senior high youth. However, there are additional fees to participate in age-group activities.

Nondelegates will have the option to attend the Conference online, with virtual registration available for the same fees charged for advance registration. Delegates will not have the option to attend virtually.

There are two hotels in the Conference block: the Hyatt Regency and the Hilton Netherland Plaza. The Annual Conference Room Rate at both hotels will be $122 plus tax (18.3%) totaling $144.32 per night. Parking is complimentary in specific areas.

Annual Conference is an opportunity for delegates and nondelegates alike to grow in faith and take advantage of equipping sessions and a wide variety of activities, with daily worship services as well as business sessions and more.
