Debbie Noffsinger begins Feb. 15 in a newly restructured, salaried position of part-time Annual Conference assistant. Since Feb. 22, 2010, she has worked on a seasonal basis as the Annual Conference registration assistant.
Noffsinger also works as a freelance graphic designer. In that capacity, she has designed many logos and publications for Church of the Brethren events and programs, among other work for the church.
She is a member of Highland Avenue Church of the Brethren in Elgin, Ill.
