Mary Ann Grossnickle began Jan. 20, 2015, as manager of hospitality for the Zigler Hospitality Center at the Brethren Service Center in New Windsor, Md. She has served as interim coordinator of hospitality since Oct. 20, 2014.
Grossnickle’s primary responsibilities include coordinating meals and lodging for groups, guests, and volunteers visiting the Brethren Service Center. She also oversees hospitality volunteers at the center, as well as the food service team.

The center offers visitors to the Brethren Service Center a place to stay with guest rooms, meals, and meeting space for fellowship and worship. The center serves individuals in need of overnight accommodations, family events, day conferences, corporate retreats, church retreats, and banquets. The facility can accommodate groups of up to 36, has 6 versatile meeting rooms with capacity for groups of 10 to 150, and has dining services and catering for groups of up to 125 people.
