Friday, Sept. 11, 2009
Quote of the Day:
“Miracles sometimes happen when conditions are not favorable…. Do not get too comfortable in your ‘Nazareth.’ You do not know what God has yet to do with you in your Nazareth.” — Dennis Webb, preaching for the closing worship service of NOAC 2009, discussing the miracles of healing that Jesus performed in his home town, even after being met by doubt and pessimism from the people of Nazareth.

Overview of the Day:
NOAC 2009 ended this morning with worship led by preacher Dennis Webb, pastor of Naperville (Ill.) Church of the Brethren, who also offered an original solo. Worship followed gathering music led by songleader Fred Rice, and a last edition of the video segment NOAC News.
